Job Description

Responsible for cleaning assigned area which includes the main office area, restrooms, and any other area that may require janitorial services.

Essential Functions

• Sweep mop and clean all floor surfaces on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Dust office area as necessary.
• Empty garbage from all offices and general common areas.
• Maintain garbage cans/containers in clean condition.
• Clean windows as required.
• Clean outside of main entrance as required.
• Use various chemicals for general cleaning.
• Strive for CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. The learning process allows us to improve everything we do, every service, every product, for every customer.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge/Skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving, good verbal, written, communication skills and excellent listening skills.

• Read, write and comprehend the English language.

Cleaning experience is required. Some English speaking is required. Must be legal to work in the USA, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation to/from the worksite(s). Position currently available include the following:

Heartland Office Cleaners - Part time. Night time hours. Monday-Friday 4 hours per day 8pm to 12am. Worksite is in Beatrice, NE.
